A regular fitness routine will give you an emotional lift and reduce stress. At least 30 minutes of daily exercise like cardio or yoga can help you increase stamina, feel more relaxed and sleep better. Physical activity also helps in maintaining body weight and fat burn. You can shed that extra kilo by exercising and burning calories. Exercising helps create new muscles and expands the body's metabolic pace, allowing you to burn calories and fat faster, even when you are not working out. Physical activity not only improves oxygen levels in the bloodstream but also stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and pumped with energy. Moreover, exercise has shown to cause the hippocampus, a part of the brain that’s vital for memory and learning, to grow in size. Our lifestyles, owing to technology, have changed for the worse with time. Sedentary behaviours, such as watching tv and using computers, have crept in and put us in the face of danger. Adults must moderately workout for at least 150 minutes every week to gain the benefits of exercise. Alternatively, 75 minutes of rigorous activity will provide similar results. In addition to the daily workout routine, it's essential to reduce the time you spend sitting down. Two-three days of your week should be desiccated to either cardio or yoga. All in all, staying active improves your quality of life and it should be every individual's priority. But still, people have made it seem like a bigger feat than it actually is. All you need to do is change your mindset and slowly build more activity in your daily life as easy as cardio. As time passes, you will undoubtedly accomplish healthy lifestyle goals.
